We work on fish, and how fish work.
We are a fish physiology lab at the Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies in nipaluna/Hobart. We use experimental biology to answer questions important to fish conservation, aquaculture production, and fisheries.

Current focus
Since 2024 the lab has led the experimental component of the $4.19M FRDC Sand Flathead Recovery Program, and contributes to the Blue Economy CRC Experimental Platforms for Aquaculture Production.
